In Hong Kong, Anuenue provides financial services through three subsidiaries: Anuenue Securities Limited (ASL), Anuenue Advisors Limited (AAL) and Anuenue Capital International Limited (ACIL).

ASL is formerly Fubon Securities (Hong Kong) Company, Limited. In late 2007, FB Gemini Securities Limited changed its name to Geminis Securities Limited. The securities brokerage became ASL in 2018. It is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to carry out the following regulated activities:

1. Type 1 – dealing in securities;

2. Type 4 – advising on securities; and

3. Type 6 – advising on corporate finance.

Anuenue Advisors Limited (SFC central registration No AFF862)

Formerly Geminis Advisors Limited, AAL is licensed to carry out these regulated activities:

1. Type 4 – advising on securities; and

2. Type 9 – asset management.

Anuenue Capital International Limited (SFC central registration No ALP983)

Formerly Geminis Capital International Limited, ACIL is licensed to perform two regulated activities:

1. Type 4 – advising on securities; and

2. Type 6 – advising on corporate finance.

Wealth of Experience

Anuenue group has amassed a wealth of experience through mergers and acquisitions. Anuenue (formerly FB Gemini) was founded in Hong Kong in 1998 by certain seasoned financial services professionals who decided to strike out on their own after a successful career at major financial institutions. FB Gemini soon made a name in underwriting, advising on corporate finance, asset managing, securities broking and dealing. Up till 2005, the group actively helped companies raise capital through share issuance and underwriting, mergers and acquisitions and advisory service. Since 2005, the group also diversified into developing its financial products brokering and asset management business.

Anuenue Securities Limited ("Anuenue Securities"), provides securities trading services for a number of major markets, namely, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, the United States and UK. In addition to stocks, the products we handle on behalf of clients include warrants, equity-linked notes, structured products, mutual funds, hedge funds, share options and other financial commodities. The company's settlement and custodial service work closely with reputable financial institutions to offer clients a secure, timely and accurate trading platform. Our History

• 1993: Wardley James Capel linked up with Fubon Securities to found Fubon Wardley in Hong Kong.

• 1994: The company obtained approval to serve Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors in Taiwan.

• 1999: The company was acquired by FB Gemini and was renamed FB Gemini Securities Limited; it also became an exchange participant on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

• 2001: The company was renamed FB Gemini Securities Limited

• 2008: Fubon Securities was renamed Geminis Securities Limited.

• 2018: The entity further changed its name to Anue Securities Limited.

• 2019: The entity further changed its name to Anuenue Securities Limited.
