“7 Waivers” to facilitate your Green Bond subscription

Starting from 26 April 2022 to 06 May 2022, a new Government Green Bond Series due 2025 will be available for subscription. All Hong Kong residents, aged above 18, are eligible to apply at least 1 lot size. Bond holders will be paid interest once every six months at a rate linked to inflation in Hong Kong, subject to a minimum rate of 2.5 percent p.a. Result of allotment will be announced and listed on 18 May 2022 and 19 May 2022 respectively.

We waive: (1) Subscription Handling Fee, (2) Custodian Fee, (3) Dividend Collection Fee, (4) Redemption Fee at Expiration, (5) First Month Purchase Commission¹, (6) First Month Sales Commission¹, and (7) Transfer Fee².
