Notice of TAF Increase, effective Jan 1, 2026

FINRA has adjusted the TAF for sales of TRACE-eligible equity securities (EQUITY RATE) from $0.000166 per share to $0.000195 per share. There is also a corresponding increase to the per transaction cap (MAX FEE/TRADE) from $8.30 to $9.79. The new rate will apply to any sale of a covered equity security, subject to the TAF, occurring on or after Wednesday, January 1, 2026.

TAF on each sale of an option will increase from $0.00279 to $0.00329 per contract.

TAF uses normal rounding to the nearest penny, minimum $.01 and maximum $9.79.
