Customer due diligence ("CDD") – update clients' information

Dear Valued Customers

FAs a reliable securities broker, accurate and correct client's information is important to providing excellent services to customers. Pursuant to financial institution's regulatory requirements, Anuenue Securities Limited ("ASL") is required to conduct regular CDD, we are now updating our customer information records.

Please review your personal particulars. If any of your personal information/data (such as address, contact information, identification or occupation etc ) has changed since your last provision of such information to ASL, please complete the attached "Change of Personal Information" form, duly signed and send the completed form with supporting documents, (e.g. copy of updated identification documents, proof of address within the last 3 months, or bank statement for proof of the client's own name etc) to us by email and/or post.

If there is no change of information, it is not necessary to take any action.

This update is made in accordance with the Securities & Future Commission's regulatory requirement to ensure that ASL can continue to provide you with excellent and reliable services and comply with global anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
