US Sec Fee adjustment

In response to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's notice of adjustments to transaction fees ("SEC Fees") on February 27, 2026, this new rate will take effect for transaction on Thursday April 2, 2026. Our company will increase the U.S. stock SEC fee from 0.00% to 0.00206% (rounded to the nearest cent) for seller only starting from April 2, Eastern Time in the United States.

Effective date:
Transaction date: Thursday April 2, 2026 (US market close on April 3, 2026)
Settlement date: Monday, April 6, 2026
